As a Customer Care Agent based in Amsterdam, you will act as the primary contact for travel agencies calling on behalf of their passengers. You will manage inquiries over the phone covering flight schedules, seat upgrades, baggage allowances, and booking changes. By listening carefully and taking a proactive approach, you ensure every caller receives seamless service. This role allows you to make a direct impact on the passenger experience while building your career with an iconic global airline.
An adaptable, clear communicator fluent in German and English
The aviation industry moves fast, but you remain composed and focused even when unexpected changes occur. Your strong communication skills allow you to assist travel agents efficiently and professionally. Fluency in both German and English is essential for this position, while knowledge of Dutch is not required. You pick up new systems and procedures quickly, enjoy finding smart solutions, and take pride in turning complex questions into easy answers.
Direct contract, thorough training, and fixed weekday hours
Your onboarding begins on November 2 with a comprehensive 8-week training program, fully conducted on-site in Amsterdam-West. Afterward, you will join a collaborative and professional team with room for personal development. The position is available for 32, 36, or 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between 08:00 and 18:00.
