Senior Account Manager

Are you an experienced relationship builder with supply chain and technical knowledge, commercial drive, and project management skills? We are looking for a driven senior account manager who, with vision and independence, expands, strengthens, and helps our client base excel. What are you going to do?
As a Senior Account Manager, you are the strategic point of contact for our (international) clients. You not only build lasting relationships but also know how to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities. Thanks to your technical insight, project management, and commercial experience, you are able to seamlessly translate client needs into solutions within our production and engineering environment. Additionally, you actively contribute to commercial and operational improvement initiatives. You report directly to the Managing Director.
Your duties include: -
Strategically managing and deepening customer relationships -
Analyzing and managing customer/production information (TPD) -
Collecting and requesting supplier information (RFQ) -
Managing New Product Introductions and Engineering Change Notes -
Processing the NPI, supplier information, and labor in the calculation -
Handling End of Life notifications from suppliers -
Preparing quotations, following up and monitoring orders -
Providing complete customer information to production preparation -
Internal coordination with production and engineering to realize customer requirements -
Managing AZ projects -
Participation in trade fairs, client visits, and PR activities -
Perform after-sales and monitor customer satisfaction -
Reporting sales results and contributing ideas for process improvements
