Assistent teamleader production (JobRequests-164016-A)

As a production assistant teamleader, you are the right hand of the Team Leader and help ensure that the production process runs smoothly together with a team of 8 colleagues. You monitor progress, maintain an overview, and take action when breakdowns or unusual situations occur. In addition, you actively contribute ideas for improvements in quality, safety, and efficiency.

You will work in a 2-shift schedule: one week from 05:00 to 14:00 and the other week from 14:00 to 23:00. You will receive a shift allowance for the hours worked before 06:00 and after 18:00.

For this responsible position, you will receive an attractive starting salary of €3,346.92 gross per month (based on a 37.5-hour workweek), with opportunities to grow to €3,780.69 gross per month.
