Do you want to develop your leadership skills? As a Management Trainee at McDonald's, you'll learn how to lead and motivate a team, and ensure a top-notch experience for our guests. You'll be fully involved in the restaurant and learn how to oversee, schedule colleagues, and ensure everything runs smoothly - from kitchen to administrative.

At McDonald's, you'll follow a learning path where you work and grow. Through training, self-study, and guidance from experienced colleagues, you'll gradually develop towards the role of Shift Manager. There are also opportunities for advancement afterward. What's on your menu?
You have at least a vocational (MBO) work and thinking level. Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus - but even without experience, we're happy to teach you the tricks of the trade.
As a Management Trainee, you'll be a coaching leader. You motivate your team positively, but you're also honest about what could be improved. You're adaptable, maintain a clear overview, and make confident decisions. You also lead by example and always see things from the perspective of our guests.
