Then you might be the new Finance Manager at this growing real estate company.
As Finance Manager, you will work within a dynamic and fast-growing organisation, playing a crucial role in managing the financial operations of a diverse real estate portfolio. You act as a key sparring partner for the business and contribute to strategic decision-making based on financial insights.
You'll also have the opportunity to develop broadly, taking part in initiating and financially supporting a variety of projects and business cases.
Key responsibilities: - Financial Reporting : You are responsible for preparing monthly accounting and reporting for various entities within the group in the Netherlands, in accordance with both Dutch GAAP and IFRS. You ensure that all financial data is recorded and reported accurately. - Year-End Closing : You prepare year-end reports and ensure that all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time. - Tax Compliance : You oversee compliance with tax obligations, including corporate income tax and VAT reporting, ensuring that all reporting and payment deadlines are met. - Management of Financial Processes : You continuously monitor and improve financial processes and systems...
