Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute to building a stable, scalable and continuously improving logistics operation.
You will make an impact by: - Improving overall warehouse performance by continuously managing flow, capacity and priorities - Structurally improving processes and systems, particularly within the WMS and automated warehouse operation - Reducing operational disruptions by not only resolving incidents, but also identifying and addressing their root causes - Creating structure, clarity and calm within the operation, even during periods of peak activity - Translating data and operational insights into concrete improvement initiatives with measurable impact - Ensuring improvements are embedded in processes, systems and the team's ways of working - Strengthening collaboration between the Control Room, Operations and Engineering - Supporting and guiding colleagues by sharing knowledge and bringing structure and direction
What do you bring?
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree level, combined with a strong analytical mindset - At least 5 years of experience in a Control Room or a comparable logistics environment - Strong knowledge of logistics processes and system-driven operations - Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automated logistics environments - Excellent Excel skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand the bigger picture - Experience leading, coaching or guiding colleagues is a plus - Strong communication and influencing skills - Excellent command of both Dutch and English
