As Chapter Lead, you will combine your technical expertise with coaching and people responsibilities. Technical -
Work hands-on within a multidisciplinary DevOps team. -
Act as a specialist in Data Engineering / Data Warehousing. -
Contribute to technical solutions and help maintain high engineering standards. -
Support and guide developers in improving technical craftsmanship. -
Share knowledge and stay up to date with developments in Data Engineering and related technologies. -
Help shape the technical vision, standards and way of working within the chapter. Leadership & coaching -
Coach and support chapter members in their personal and professional development. -
Help developers identify opportunities to improve their skills and craftsmanship. -
Support performance, growth and career development. -
Create an environment where people can learn, collaborate and perform at their best. -
Encourage knowledge sharing across the chapter through collaboration, communities and events. -
Work closely with the IT Lead and other Chapter Leads as the Chapter Lead role continues to develop. People & HR -
Take responsibility for HR-related processes such as recruitment, onboarding and performance cycles. -
Provide clear, constructive feedback to chapter members. -
Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. -
Contribute to creating a healthy, inclusive and high-performing culture. Your background
