What We Expect From You - Higher Vocational Education or Secondary Vocational Education (MBO+) with relevant work experience in Electrical Engineering. - Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the maritime or yacht-building industry. - Strong analytical skills with a persuasive and results-oriented approach. - Proactive and problem-solving mindset. - Passionate team player eager to learn and grow. - Proficient in MS Office applications, AutoCAD, and/or Rhinoceros. - Good command of written and spoken English
