As a Technical Specialist in Security Technology, you are the main point of contact for customers in complex technical matters. You ensure that our technology runs flawlessly, from troubleshooting on-site to smart remote configurations. Our systems protect governments, hospitals, airports, and telecom companies. You play a key role in this. What will you do?
You work with our advanced security and management systems, including: - IPROTECT (access control, mobile access, key cabinet management) - VDG SENSE (video management, event-driven analytics, AI detection) - FLINQ (security management, video walls, incident handling) - APOLLO (asset & site monitoring for critical infrastructure) Your responsibilities: - Resolving malfunctions (remote and on-site) in integrated security systems - Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and software - Implementing software updates and technical configurations - Documenting completed work clearly and accurately - Advising customers on technical issues, both remotely and on-site - Participating in on-call duty (once every 6-7 weeks)
