As Office Manager at Webfluencer you are the beating heart of our office. You make sure everything runs smoothly so our creative team can focus entirely on delivering outstanding work. From facilities to HR support, and from financial administration to organising team events: you keep all the balls in the air and bring calm and structure to an agency that never stands still.
This role is deliberately broad. One morning you arrange the onboarding of a new developer, in the afternoon you reconcile invoices with our accountant, and by the end of the week you're pitching an idea for the Christmas party to management.
