THE ROLE
As an (Assistant) Operator, you will:
- Work as part of a team to prepare and operate heavy equipment for both offshore and onshore operations. - Assist with rigging up, assembling and dismantling measuring equipment, and support the required inspections and calibrations. - Carry out pressure testing in accordance with Expro procedures and instructions. - Suggest modifications or improvements that could enhance equipment performance and/or maintenance. Expro is a service organisation, which means our teams are deployed on a variety of ad hoc assignments.
On average, you will spend around 12 to 15 days per month offshore, usually working offshore for approximately four to five days per assignment. Some jobs take longer, others are shorter, which means you may be called out more frequently from time to time.
