Front Office Manager - Eurostars Rijnhaven

Would you like to join the Happiness Industry?We are looking for a Front Office Manager (Pre-Opening Team) for one of our upcoming hotels in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. What will you be responsible for?· Leading the pre-opening setup of the Front Office department, including procedures, standards, and team structure.· Recruiting, training and developing the Front Office team to ensure excellent service delivery from day one.· Supervising daily Front Desk operations (check-in, check-out, guest relations), ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.· Implementing operational processes, systems and tools in line with company standards.· Handling guest feedback and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.· Coordinating with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B) to ensure smooth hotel operations.· Monitoring KPIs, budgets and performance metrics of the Front Office department. What are we looking for?· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Front Office leadership role, ideally with pre-opening experience.· Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, procedures and hotel management systems (PMS).· Fluent Dutch and English are mandatory; additional languages like Spanish are a plus.· Leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.· Education in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
