At our site in Lelystad, we are looking for an engaging and motivated Head of Operations for the Ironing Factory. This is a fantastic opportunity to really lead from the front and take the lead for a busy logistics operation of approximately 50 permanent employees and 100+ flex employees. This is a visible leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for site performance, giving you the opportunity to shape the way the operation runs, strengthen standards and create an environment where colleagues can work safely, efficiently and with pride.
You'll be close to the floor and close to the strategy: balancing day-to-day execution with continuous improvement, customer delivery, financial discipline and long-term operational development. What you'll lead
As the Head of Operations, you'll own the overall performance of the Lelystad site, leading through your managers and teams to deliver safe, compliant, efficient and customer-focused operations.
