As a Supervisor, you combine strong leadership with a sharp eye for processes and results. You know how to motivate a team, hold people accountable, and keep a close eye on KPIs at the same time. You feel comfortable in a logistics environment where systems, data, and automation play an important role.
For this position, we are looking for a Supervisor with experience in a warehouse environment and proven leadership responsibility. You do not need to have worked as a Supervisor for many years. An experienced Assistant Supervisor who is ready to take the next step is also welcome to apply. - MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking - At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, or several years of experience as an Assistant Supervisor with leadership responsibility - Experience in a logistics or warehouse environment - Experience working with complex systems, such as SAP, ERP, or WMS - Good command of the English language - Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule - An analytical and results-oriented approach to work - A coaching and collaborative leadership style
