WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a Payroll Account Manager, you are responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships within payroll services in Flevoland, surrounding municipalities, and Friesland. You act as a key link between clients, employees, and internal departments, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of payroll processes. In your role, you are supported by the Payroll Back Office.

Maintaining existing customer relationships -
Actively recruiting new customers in the Flevoland and Friesland regions -
Advising clients on payroll, employment law and HR-related matters -
Coordinating payroll and HR administration -
Identifying commercial opportunities and turning them into concrete actions -
Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations (including employment law and tax regulations) -
Act as the first point of contact for customers and staff -
Working with internal departments such as HR, payroll and legal affairs -
Analysing customer needs and translating them into appropriate solutions -
Preparing reports and evaluations for clients -
Keeping abreast of developments in legislation and regulations
