The role: Data Engineer -
You're the person who makes sure our data infrastructure just works. You're also the only one who does, so the pipelines, the integrations and the numbers the whole company relies on all sit with you. -
You help Sales and Marketing get real value from their data. That means keeping HubSpot, Planhat and Pendo accurate, building dashboards, and turning commercial questions into insight. Good data means faster decisions and fewer mistakes, and the patterns you spot along the way feed straight back into how we work. -
At the same time, you set the standard for what good data engineering looks like here. You're the one person who takes real ownership of this side of the business, and you help make that approach smarter, stronger and easier to scale.
You are responsible for -
Keeping the pipelines in Azure Data Factory, Power BI and n8n running every day, and fixing failures as they come up. -
