As an ERP Business Analyst, you play a key role in understanding and translating business needs into effective solutions. - You take the lead in identifying and defining business needs. - You advise on which improvements create the greatest value by analysing business context, high-level requirements and ROI. - You provide business cases to support Business Partners and Project Managers in defining roadmaps and initiating projects. - Together with the Application Architect, you define high-level solutions that contribute maximally to business objectives. - You document your analyses clearly and accurately, using appropriate business analysis techniques. - You manage priorities and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams. - You work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects and external partners. - You support business stakeholders in decision-making and provide insights to maximise ROI. - You are responsible for monitoring and safeguarding the achievement of initial objectives throughout project delivery. - You are able to prioritise business needs across multiple stakeholders and domains.
What you need to succeed: - You hold a higher education degree (preferably a Master's degree) and have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - You enjoy acting as the bridge between business and IT. - With strong analytical skills, you work in a structured, results-oriented manner. - You are a team player, but you are equally comfortable working independent...
