What you'll do
⦿ Project Planning & Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of complex engineering and new product development projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk objectives are met. You will maintain clear project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers to promote transparency and shared understanding. Daily, you will drive project milestones, manage multiple projects (2-6 at a time), and ensure successful delivery. Success means projects are delivered on time and within scope, with stakeholders feeling supported and aligned. Travel may be required occasionally to collaborate with global teams.
⦿ Cross-Functional Leadership & Engagement: Act as a key liaison between engineering, product, operations, supply chain, and other technical teams.
