This is a temporary position for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
As a Customer Operations Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting the sales teams by delivering a seamless customer experience across the order-to-delivery process. You will act as a trusted partner to customers, retail accounts, and the UK Sales team, managing customer enquiries, coordinating order management activities, and resolving issues at every touchpoint.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, and Finance to drive operational excellence and maintain strong customer relationships. This position is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is based in Amsterdam.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing customer orders from receipt through delivery, including order validation, shipment tracking, and status updates - Supporting the onboarding and activation of new customers , including account setup and EDI requirements - Maintaining accurate customer and account information across ERP and CRM systems - Partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to resolve operational challenges - Coordinating the investigation and resolution of customer disputes, including shortages, chargebacks, deductions, and billing discrepancies - Monitoring customer operations performance through reports, trackers, and KPIs - Contributing to process optimisation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction - Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders on actions and updates
