We are currently looking for a Logistics Associate to join our team at our Papendrecht location . What will you be doing?
As a Logistics Associate, you and your colleagues will ensure that all goods flows in our warehouse run smoothly. From receiving incoming goods to preparing orders for shipment: you'll make sure everything ends up in the right place and reaches our customers on time.
You'll be part of a close-knit and dedicated logistics team where collaboration is key. Together with four colleagues, you'll ensure the warehouse remains organized, safe, and efficient.
The work is varied and hands-on: you'll be on the move a lot and work with different products and orders every day. Thanks to your accuracy and dedication, our customers can count on reliable delivery.
Your Responsibilities: - Picking and preparing orders for shipment - Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift - Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods - Identifying discrepancies or damage - Storing goods in the correct location in the warehouse - Conducting periodic inventory counts - Processing customer returns - Keeping the warehouse and outdoor area clean and safe
What do you bring to the table? - MBO level of work and thinking (preferably in logistics) - Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment - Possession of a forklift certificate (required) - Ability to work accurately and responsibly - Enjoy working in a team - A proactive work attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves - Good command of the Dutch language (English is a plus)
