How you'll make an impact - Lead the Inbound & Returns operation, ensuring daily operational targets, customer expectations and agreed service levels are consistently achieved. - Monitor operational performance, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency. - Lead, coach and develop a team of Team Leaders, focusing on performance management, succession planning and leadership development. - Optimize workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations and meet changing business demands. - Foster a culture of safety, quality and accountability while collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver operational excellence and support strategic site initiatives.
