who you are
As an operator, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly. Together with your supervisor, you will also look for ways to improve the process and procedures. You are proactive, have strong communication skills, and are focused on quality and efficiency. In addition, you ensure that the process runs smoothly in accordance with safety and quality standards.
You have: - MBO+ work and thinking level - Experience in process technology, preferably in the food industry; - Knowledge of safe working practices, food safety and/or HACCP; - A problem-solving, result-oriented, and independent ability; - Good communication skills in Dutch and English. - Knowledge of German is a plus.
