HR Advisor
Role purpose: Provide practical, compliant HR guidance to managers and employees, supporting a positive employee experience and effective people operations across the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities - Advise on employee relations matters, including performance management, absence, disciplinary, and grievance processes. - Support managers with recruitment, onboarding, probation, and offboarding activities. - Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and aligned with employment law and internal standards. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including case notes and correspondence. - Contribute to HR projects such as policy updates, process improvement, engagement initiatives, and change management support. - Partner with stakeholders to resolve people issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases when required. Required skills and experience - Demonstrated experience in an HR advisory or generalist role. - Working knowledge of employment law, ER best practices, and HR policies. - Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple cases with discretion, sound judgment, and attention to detail. - Competence with HR systems and data handling, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
