Waar je komt te werken:You will be working with a specialist in high-quality wet painting, powder coating, screen printing, and assembling products, located on a large industrial estate in Valkenswaard. The company is particularly specialized in wet painting on cast aluminum and cast steel, as well as industrial high-gloss painting. Work is carried out according to strict product and environmental requirements, including the requirements that major producers of medical equipment impose on the wet painting and powder coating of their products. The company has extensive facilities to meet these high-quality standards.
Wat je gaat doen:As a metal sander/pre-processor, you will sand steel and aluminum products, particularly for use in medical scanning and equipment parts, so that they can then be sprayed and wet-painted. Accurate and careful pre-processing is essential for a perfect end result. You will work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
- Sanding steel and aluminum products in preparation for wet painting
- Carefully checking the surface for irregularities
- Preparing products according to quality standards
- Collaborating with colleagues in the painting/coating process
- Contributing to an efficient and high-quality pre-processing process
