INNSiDE Amsterdam is the only Melia hotel in The Netherlands, the hotel has 328 rooms, 2 restaurants (including a sky bar), 3 meeting rooms, and a gym. Job description As an HR trainee you will become the contact person for the employees within the company. Besides this, you will be responsible for different administrative and HR related tasks. You will support the HR manager, but will also will get room to work and explore independently. What are the main tasks you are responsible for?
• Training (onboarding, provide training, be a contact person etc.)
• Social (holidays, birthdays etc.)
• Recruitment and selectio
