In this role, you support the Retail operation within the Venlo distribution centre:

- Coordination of workforce administration for the Retail team

- Management of HR‑related processes, including onboarding and offboarding

- Administration of workwear and updates for internal info screens

- Coordination of temporary staff and workforce allocation

- Absence reporting and maintaining accurate employee records

- Daily administration of Quinyx, including scheduling, time approval and employee setup

- Support of payroll processes and handling ad hoc payroll tasks

- Guidance to employees on payroll, absence, holidays and company policies
