Customer Service & Aftersales Specialist | French C2 Breda, reference 2026-00957 Job description As a Customer Service & Aftersales Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting customers, consumers, and the internal sales team across several European markets. You'll be responsible for ensuring that after-sales requests are handled efficiently, repairs are coordinated correctly, and customers receive excellent service throughout the process.This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration, and light technical support. - Provide customer support via phone and email for after-sales enquiries. - Coordinate repair requests and prepare products for the repair process. - Create and process repair orders while ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. - Handle return requests related to incorrect deliveries or order issues, working closely with the warehouse and sales teams. - Register returned products in the ERP system and keep records accurate and up to date. - Support customers with warranty claims and faulty product enquiries. - Maintain after-sales documentation, product information, and spare parts data. - Update product-related information in internal systems. - Work closely with colleagues across different European countries to ensure a smooth customer experience. - Assist with other customer service and after-sales tasks whenever needed.
Requirements - Around 2 years of experience in customer service, after sales, or order mangement. - Fluent French (C2) and professional English. Any Dutch level is a big plus, but not required. - Experience with repairs or troubleshooting is a plus, but not required as training will be provided. - Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with an ERP system such as SAP is an advantage. - Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. - Someone who enjoys working in an international env...
