We are seeking a talented and energetic Front Office Manager to oversee Front Office operations at a prestigious, internationally recognized upper-upscale hotel in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will be responsible for all Front Office operations, guaranteeing operational excellence, upholding high guest satisfaction standards, and fostering team performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, coach, and develop a Front Office team of around 20 members, including supervisors and front desk staff
* Guarantee seamless daily Front Office operations while upholding service standards and operational efficiency
* Achieve outstanding guest satisfaction through proactive guest interactions and efficient service recovery
* Track departmental performance, productivity, and quality indicators
* Oversee scheduling, labor costs, and staffing levels in line with business needs
* Work closely with Housekeeping, Revenue Management, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
* Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning for the department
