Join Nike EHQ as a Director, Assortment Planning, EMEA and play a critical role in shaping the product strategy, demand planning, and commercial performance of one of Nike’s key sport businesses across EMEA.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for co-owning the EMEA Assortment Plan, partnering with Merchandising, Sport Business Planning, Marketplace teams, and Supply & Inventory Management to create strategic, consumer-focused plans that drive profitability, productivity, and sustainable growth. You will lead a team of Assortment Planners while ensuring the right products are available in the right marketplaces, at the right time, and in the right quantities.

This is a temporary assignment running until 31 December 2026.

What are you going to do?
- Lead and develop a team of Assortment Planners, providing coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Own the assortment planning strategy for a designated sport across EMEA, ensuring plans align with commercial and consumer goals.
- Manage seasonal assortment, inventory, and open-to-buy plans to optimize sales, profit, and product availability.
- Drive forecasting and in-season planning activities to respond to marketplace demand and business performance.
- Partner with Merchandising, Marketplace Planning, Nike Direct, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align business priorities.
- Monitor franchise and product family performance, managing allocations and actions to maintain healthy product portfolios.
- Champion planning excellence by driving process improvements, new capabilities, and ways of working across the organization.
