Field Service Engineer Energy Storage

As a Field Service Engineer, you will work on Intercel's energy storage systems. You will commission BESS installations and carry out maintenance and servicing at customer sites throughout the Netherlands and occasionally further afield in Europe. You will work with both hardware and software. You will use protocols such as CAN, Modbus TCP and RS485/RTU. Working safely is always a priority. You follow procedures and use PPE. On site, you are the point of contact for the customer.
You carry out preventive and corrective maintenance and resolve faults. For new installations, you handle the DC-side commissioning. Afterwards, you produce a clear report. You help build the Storage department. You share knowledge and help improve work processes.
