As a production worker 3 shifts, you work with machines in a big company that makes plastic packaging. You work full-time in three shifts, so you have different working hours during the day, evening, and night. This means you get a nice extra allowance on top of your salary. If you do your job well, you can get a fixed contract. There are many chances to grow, for example to machine operator or forklift driver. You will get training so you can work with more than one machine. At first, you start for a short time, but if you do well, you can stay longer.

You start your working day by checking your machine and preparing your workplace. During your shift, you stack plastic trays, check the quality, and report if something is not right. You put good trays in boxes and place them on pallets. You talk with your colleagues to cover each other's breaks and make sure the work goes well. You work in a clean and safe factory with a lot of activity.
