About MEMSYS
We're a deep tech startup located in YESDelft. Together with a small team of 10 people we're developing the next generation of sensor networks which are capable of powering themselves through harvesting vibration energy. We see this as an enabler for very large sensor fleets. We need help building that.

The role
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to strengthen our software team. Our stack runs from the machine to the customer: a measurement leaves a self-powered sensor over LoRa, passes through our gateway, travels over LTE into our cloud backend, lands in a database, and ends up on a customer dashboard or in a notification in their inbox. That makes this a rare system to get to build: a scalable fleet of distributed, self-powered hardware feeding automated analyses in the cloud. As a team we cover that whole chain, and you will see your work running at customers within weeks, sometimes even the same day. - Develop our customer-facing and internal dashboards in TypeScript (Angular), from data visualization to alerting and notification flows - Build and extend our cloud backend: Python (FastAPI) services, PostgreSQL, and the APIs that connect sensors, gateways, and dashboards - Extend the monitoring services that run on our data: automated analyses that turn raw vibration measurements into insights about machine health - Own the infrastructure: AWS (ECS, S3, CloudFront), Docker, and CI/CD with GitHub...
