As a production operator, you will be responsible for inspecting filled vaccine products both manually and using automated visual inspection equipment. You will perform visual inspections and vacuum testing to ensure animal vaccines meet the highest quality standards. Working within a GMP-regulated production environment, you will support batch completion, documentation, logistics, and quality processes. Your new role
We are looking for Production Operators for the department responsible for producing live viral vaccines.
In this role, you will carry out preparatory activities to support the production process, such as:
- Assembly, disinfection, cleaning and autoclaving of utensils. - Identifying deviations and malfunctions related to the process, equipment, safety and waste disposal. - Inventory management, including maintaining stock levels and determining minimum and maximum stock levels. - Maintaining order and cleanliness in corridors and storage areas, and preparing media used for growing cells and viruses and for inactivation. - Disinfection, cleaning and sterilisation of vessels and sonifiers, including CIP/SIP operation. - Autoclave operation for sterilisation and destruction. - Filter testing.
What you'll need to succeed -
You have completed a minimum MBO Level 3 education, preferably in VAPRO, Bioprocess Technology, Process Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. -
Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food manufacturing, or regulated production industry is highly preferred. -
