As a Food & Beverage Intern, you become part of the daily operation, delivering service on the floor while ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. This hands-on role allows you to build strong operational skills across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events, while gaining valuable exposure to ARCA and learning how exceptional service creates unforgettable guest experiences.

This internship starts in September 2026 and offers a full-time learning experience for a minimum of 5 months, aligned with your study requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events

• Welcome guests with a warm, engaging, and professional approach

• Support mise en place, service preparation, and closing duties

• Explain menus, make recommendations, and support guests with dietary requirements

• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained

• Work closely with the kitchen and team to ensure a smooth service flow

• Stay flexible and support different outlets depending on business needs

• Contribute to creating a positive, energetic, and collaborative team environment

Essential Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study program

• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken
