Requirements *
- Over 15 years of experience - Within FMCG and/or retail - Senior retail leadership experience in a complex multi-site environment - Track record of driving store standards, operational consistency, and team development at scale - Multidisciplinary credibility across commercial, marketing, and/or finance (des...
