Your day…As an All-round Front Office Employee, no day is the same. We're a small hotel with no distinct departments, so everyone gets to be truly versatile. This way, you'll experience all facets of the operation! Examples of your responsibilities include:
• Running a smooth day-to-day operations within the front office and helping our housekeeping heroes whenever it is needed.
• Reception duties like check –in and –out guests, assisting with guest requests via phone/email and recommending the hidden gems of Amsterdam in order for our guests to get the full experience during their stay.
• Administrative tasks such as reservations and payments.
• Checking and maintaining together with our housekeeping heroes the cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
