Job description
In this dynamic leadership role, you continuously switch between strategic insight and operational execution. Your core responsibilities include:
Driving sales and profitability across the various Hoek Group entities.
Periodically monitoring revenue, volumes, and margins per market, customer, sales representative, and product group. Identifying and immediately resolving margin leaks.
Developing and managing effective pricing and discount structures.
Setting clear KPIs and commercial goals for the Sales Team and Account Managers, while coaching, leading, and challenging the team.
Identifying opportunities with existing clients, acquiring new accounts, and reactivating dormant or declining accounts.
Collaborating closely with Procurement, Sales, and Marketing to seamlessly align purchasing, pricing, and customer demand using commercial dashboards.
Degree
Higher vocational (HBO) or university (WO) level of working and thinking, preferably in a commercial or business administration background.
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
