Job Purpose and Impact
The Maintenance Site Lead is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and safety of plant equipment, systems, and operations. This role combines hands-on maintenance execution with the implementation and oversight of health and safety practices to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace. You will support operational excellence by maintaining asset integrity, minimizing risk, and embedding a strong safety culture across all activities.
Key Accountabilities
Maintenance & Reliability - Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and structural equipment, including assets involved in high-risk processes. - Ensure the ongoing integrity, reliability, and safe operation of plant systems and installations. - Lead and execute maintenance planning and scheduling to maximize equipment uptime and production continuity. - Apply reliability excellence and continuous improvement tools to enhance operational performance and reduce downtime. - Monitor repair and replacement projects, mitigating risks and ensuring timely, cost-effective...
