Functieomschrijving
You will be responsible for the quality inspection of complex high-tech products before they are released to the customer. Your responsibilities include: - Performing final quality inspections on high-tech products in a cleanroom environment; - Inspecting products based on technical drawings, specifications, work instructions and electrical/mechanical documentation; - Checking whether components and assemblies meet defined quality and technical requirements; - Performing measurements and inspections during different stages of the production process; - Using appropriate measurement and inspection equipment; - Recording inspection results accurately in quality and production systems; - Identifying, documenting and following up on deviations and non-conformities; - Applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) where applicable; - Working closely with Production, Engineering and other technical departments to resolve quality issues; - Identifying recurring quality problems and contributing to continuous improvement; - Supporting colleagues in maintaining and improving the required quality standards. You are a good match for this position if you: - Have completed an MBO-level technical education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable field; - Have previous experience in quality control, quality inspection, technical inspection or manufacturing quality; - Can read and understand technical drawings and specifications; - Have strong technical understanding and can quickly understand how complex products or assemblies are constructed; - Hav...
