What will you do?
As an Office Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and the link between sales, production and logistics. You'll ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You:
has daily contact with customers via phone, e-mail and receives customers at the counter
carefully processes orders and ensures that they enter production on time
prepare the transports
monitors deliveries and liaises with suppliers
ensures an optimal customer experience together with your colleagues
In short: you keep the lines short, the overview sharp and the customers happy.
Who are you?
You're someone who likes to roll up your sleeves and gets a real buzz from a well-organised working day. You work meticulously, adapt quickly and think in terms of solutions.
Further:
you have a completed MBO education (preferably commercial or administrative)
you have 1-2 years of relevant work experience (trade, production or industry is a plus)
you work independently, but also feel strong in a team
you are structured, proactive and customer-oriented
you have a good command of the Dutch language
you have experience with Office 365 (Excel & Word)
experience with an ERP system is a plus
