As a sales advisor in our Coolblue store, you help customers find the product that suits them best. You ask smart questions, listen carefully and provide personal product advice. You work with targets, enjoy making sales and make sure customers leave the store with a smile.
What you do - You advise customers personally and help them find the product that truly suits them. - You meet your targets, spot commercial opportunities and get energy from success. - You keep learning more about our products and become increasingly better at providing sales advice. - You answer questions and ensure that customers can collect their orders quickly and easily. - You also help customers after their purchase and look for a suitable solution if something goes wrong with their product.
What you get - A gross hourly wage of € 15,10 to € 17,00. At 40 hours per week, that is € 2.617,- to € 2.946,- gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience. - An annual salary increase, 8% holiday allowance, a pension and travel expense reimbursement from 10 kilometres. - A 7-month contract with fixed hours and 29 vacation days per year. - Opportunities to progress to senior sales advisor, team leader or a position at head office. - Together with your store team, you compete every year for the chance to win the title of 'Best Coolblue Store in the Netherlands'. - A...
