Join the Commodity Accounting Exchanges team on a fixed-term basis and help transform our global exchange accounting processes. As the central accounting hub for exchange-related activities across Supply & Trading GmbH (RWEST), the team supports a rapidly growing portfolio of products, exchanges and legal entities worldwide.
You will apply your data analytics and automation expertise as well as your process understanding to analyse exchange-related trading data, automate recurring activities and improve the quality, efficiency and resilience of our accounting processes.
About the role - Take ownership of key exchange accounting processes and drive their continuous improvement through automation, data analytics and process optimisation, increasing accuracy, transparency and efficiency across the end-to-end process landscape. - Analyse trading, margin, P&L and cash flow data to generate actionable insights and support business-critical decisions. - Develop and enhance scalable reporting, analytics and data solutions using SQL, Power Query, Power BI and comparable technologies. - Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders across Accounting, Risk, Trading, Clearing and Operations to deliver data-driven and process-focused improvements. - Support the integration of new exchanges, products and business requirements into a scalable and resilient accounting framework. - Translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for management and subject matter experts.
