In this role you will support METTLER TOLEDO users in Poland, Switzerland, Germany, Holland, France, Spain and USA in daily IT related issues. You will collaborate with other teams across units around the globe.
The internal job title will be " Global Service Desk Analyst (German) ".
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for employees experiencing IT-related issues, - Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and workplace technologies, - Support users with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices, - Handle incoming calls and support tickets while meeting agreed service levels, - Log and manage incidents using ServiceNow, - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or coordinate with specialist teams when needed, - Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate support groups, - Work closely with colleagues from different countries and IT functions, - Participate in on-call support rotations when required.
What You Need to Succeed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are a must, - Advanced ability to gather, monitor and document data, - Excellent communication and customer service skills, - Strong problem-solving mindset, - Team-oriented approach and willingness to learn, - Interest in technology and helping users solve technical challenges.
Would be a plus:
- Good knowledge of IT Service Desk operations: proficiency with ServiceNow is highly desirable, - good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and tech products, - Knowledge...
