Before a worker starts, we make sure everything is ready, from contracts to candidate selection and preparation. Here's how it works: -
Job & request intake
We discuss your needs: job type, number of workers, hours, location, and responsibilities. -
Formal agreement
We sign an assignment agreement with clear terms, rates, and the correct wage classification (inlenersbeloning). -
Determine wage classification
Based on your CLA or internal terms, we determine the applicable wages and benefits. -
Provide administrative documents
We ask for company details, work schedules, job descriptions, and CLA-related info. -
Search & selection
We search for suitable candidates and send you profiles for approval. -
Arrange housing & transport (if applicable)
If needed, we arrange housing and daily transport prior to the worker's arrival. -
Prepare & inform the worker
We provide information about the job, clothing, hours, safety, and expectations. -
Placement & onboarding
After your approval, we schedule the start. On day one, we offer on-site support to ensure a smooth beginning.
