Inside Technical-commercial Representative

As an Inside Technical-Commercial Representative, you are the central hub within our Accelonix organization. You liaise between sales, technical, and logistics to ensure processes run optimally.
Your responsibilities: - International link: You are the central point of contact for our high-tech customers and international suppliers; - Internal support: You unburden and support our Sales and Service Engineers, ensuring projects are followed up and executed optimally; - Commercial management: Together with the Sales Engineer, you translate customer inquiries into suitable quotations, follow up proactively, and process complex orders; - Process monitoring: You monitor the supply chain (delivery times, stock levels) and proactively intervene in the event of bottlenecks.

You enjoy taking the initiative to improve processes and strengthen customer relationships. - Education: In a commercial or technical field; - Strong organizational skills: You are structured, stress-resistant, and maintain an overview; - Social & Customer-Focused: You have strong communication skills and always put the customer first; - Language proficiency: Good command of the Dutch and English languages; - Tech-minded: Affinity with and interest in high-tech developments and electronics is a plus, but not a must.
