This is what your day will look like -
Further development of the Wage Transparency Act and preparing the organisation for future legislation and regulations. -
Developing, updating and documenting job profiles for all roles within VTS. -
Supporting job evaluation and the further professionalisation of the salary structure. -
Documenting, optimising and standardising HR and payroll processes. -
Updating work instructions, process descriptions and HR documentation. -
Analysing existing HR processes and developing proposals for improvement. -
Supporting various HR projects that contribute to the further professionalisation of HR within VTS.
Your team
You will be joining a dedicated HR team comprising an HR Manager, two HR Business Partners, an HR Officer, a Payroll Officer and a Recruiter. Together, you will work towards building a professional and future-proof HR organisation.
You will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with colleagues across the organisation. Communication lines are short, and the atmosphere is informal and no-nonsense. We like to get things done, help one another where necessary, and draw energy from visible improvements that make a real difference.
Who are you? -
You will have completed a higher professional education (HBO) degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration or a similar field. -
You have experience with HR projects, HR processes or organisational development. -
You excel at creating structure and documenting processes. -
You possess analytical skills and have an eye for detail. -
You will work independently, proactively and with a focus on results. -
