Requirements - HBO-level education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or related technical discipline. - Minimum 5 years of experience in utilities engineering, maintenance, facilities operations, or system ownership within a regulated industrial environment. - Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated manufacturing environments. - Strong knowledge of utility systems including but not limited to HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, boilers, refrigeration, BMS, and building utility infrastructure. - Experience supporting deviations, CAPAs, change controls, audits, and inspection readiness activities. - Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP PM or Maximo. - Strong technical documentation and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience as technical lead, system owner, or equipment owner within a regulated environment. - Knowledge of GLAM processes and lifecycle asset management methodologies. - Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and cross-functional technical teams. - Knowledge of energy management and sustainability initiatives.
