What do you do as a Capacity Specialist at Coolblue?
As a Capacity Specialist, you ensure that our mechanized warehouse has the right capacity in the short, medium and long term. You translate commercial forecasts into concrete capacity plans, intake targets and strategic workforce choices. You look not only at the number of employees, but also at robot capacity, productivity, inflow and outflow, and the contract mix in the warehouse. You are the link between Operations, Team Forecasting and Recruitment and ensure that capacity plans align with Coolblue's growth ambitions and the operational reality of the warehouse. You identify risks and opportunities in good time and initiate actions to ensure that we always have the right capacity available at the right cost and with the desired flexibility.
