This is what you will do
My Jewellery is growing rapidly. With seventy boutiques, more than 1,000 colleagues, a strong position in e-commerce and wholesale, and further international growth ahead, the scale and complexity of our procurement activities are increasing too. Today, our indirect spend is spread across almost 1,000 suppliers, covering everything from logistics and facilities to software and professional services. Procurement within My Jewellery is still largely decentralised. That's where you come in.
As Procurement Lead, you build our procurement function from the ground up. You create structure and transparency, identify the biggest commercial opportunities and take a seat at the table with our most important suppliers. You have plenty of room to shape the role, work directly with our CFO and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
During your first twelve months, you develop procurement from a largely decentralised activity into a mature commercial function. You create visibility across our spend and supplier base, determine category priorities together with the business and build a clear sourcing and savings pipeline. For our key spend areas, you develop category strategies and work closely with Finance to ensure commercial results are demonstrably reflected in our P&L, cash flow or investments.
