As a Team Leader in our Coolblue store, you ensure that every shift runs smoothly and help bring out the best in your team. You are the point of contact on the shop floor, distribute the tasks and keep an overview, while of course also helping customers make the best choice yourself. With your experience, coaching and leading by example, you ensure that everyone enjoys working with a smile.
What you do - With your specialist product knowledge, you give our customers the best advice. As a team leader, you set an example for your team in this. - You are the point of contact for your colleagues on the shop floor, but you also step in to help with complex customer questions. - Onboarding, managing, coaching and guiding your colleagues on the shop floor. As a team leader, you proactively give feedback and help colleagues improve at their work. - Together with your team, you make the Coolblue store a little better every day and share your ideas with the Store Manager.
What you can do - You have at least 3 years of work experience in a sales role in a store. - You speak and write Dutch well so that you can help our customers as well as possible. - During the application process, you show a Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (Certificate of Conduct).
